BLUE adhering to defined artwork process. Manage the delivery of digital pack images following Artwork Excellence process, to the right quality and on time.
Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations for your tasks relating to status, timings, and technical expertise.
Ensure that the print management agency follows the approved rate cards and service level agreements, and that all responsible procurement/payment procedures are followed, in line with company policy.
Approve colour reliable proofs on behalf of marketing to ensure that the proof meets marketing’s expectations.
Sourcing of printer specifications and align them to the defined processes and ways of working.
Approve colour standards (1st press pass) if not covered by the print management agency and distribute to the relevant parties if required.
Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Work through multi-cultural environment and people / partners in many different countries.
Cover adaptive design, artwork, print management, digital image creation.
Responsible for several brands and categories at the same time. This may be across market clusters or countries.
There is no central time zone and therefore the position may have to work in several different environments.
Must coordinate multiple external vendors, also possibly within other time zones.
Interaction with departments to manage projects as per the artwork process.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Years of experience: 1 to 3 in Packaging artwork management or similar role in, which may include print production, print management, graphic design, packaging development, R&D, and or supply chain management, etc.
Project Management experience essential.

Strong communication skills & ability to build collaborative relationships.
Good organizational awareness & Negotiating skills.
Business Partner mindset (not Customer Service)
Fluent written & spoken English.
FMCG experience is a must.
