Job Description:

Execute and manage all Employee processes on HR systems from joining, moving, and leaving. Owns HR systems and data management to be all Maintains all employees’ records/activities on the system, as well as Ensures that all standard reporting requirements into the business are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain employee records in Workday through Joining, moving, leaving (JML) lifecycle.Maintain and update cost centers in systems.Maintain and update accurate bonus plans for Annual pay review (APR)Manage absence and time off records.Execute reports for relevant stakeholders with requested requirements.Support any internal and external audit requirements where data from the HR systems is required.Support with interactions with Senior stakeholders.Driving simplification of HR processes and promoting data based on organizational decisions as well as accurate HR data management across the systems.
